In Mykolaiv, managers of defense enterprises and a limited liability company were notified of suspicion of property embezzlement due to abuse of official position.

This was reported by the Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the field of defense of the Southern region.

According to the investigation, in January 2021, a contract was concluded between defense and commercial enterprises on the provision of services for the modernization of stands for control and passing tests of engines and turbogenerator.

Currently, the suspects are preparing a petition to the court to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention and seizure of property.
