The document allows for compensation for all days of annual paid leave for the entire period of parliamentary powers upon written request.

We will remind you that People's Deputy Ihor Nehulevskyi is one of five peple's deputies suspected of bribery for «necessary» votes in the Verkhovna Rada. The High Anti-Corruption Court chose a preventive measure for him — a bail of 30 million hryvnias, 2.9 million hryvnias of which was paid by the deputy himself.

The case of vote rigging in the Verkhovna Rada

On 27 December, NABU and SAPO announced the exposure of an organised criminal group operating in the Verkhovna Rada.

According to the investigation, it was created back in 2021. In a special WhatsApp group, MPs were sent instructions with the numbers of draft laws for which they had to cast «appropriate» votes in exchange for money.

According to detectives, the amount of «remuneration» could range from $2,000 to $20,000. Between November and December 2025, one of the group members allegedly received at least $145,000 for further distribution among other participants.

On 29 December, five suspected MPs from the Servant of the People party were notified of their suspicion under Part 3 of Article 28 and Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. According to data RBC-Ukraine, the suspects were Yevhenii Pivovarov, Ihor Nehulevskyi, Olha Savchenko, Yurii Kisel and Mykhailo Laba.
