Russia may step up attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure, particularly logistics, water supply systems and the energy sector.

This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, citing intelligence reports, according to Suspilne.

According to him, critical infrastructure facilities — bridges, dams, hydroelectric power stations, as well as pumping stations and drinking water supply systems — are under threat.

The President noted that the Ukrainian Air Force is already working to strengthen air defences, particularly on the integration of various systems.

«All regional authorities and communities must be involved in the necessary preparations… Maximum protection is required,» Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasised.

It should be recalled that Ukraine has approached the US with a proposal for a ceasefire during Easter. However, it is currently unclear whether the US will be able to convey this initiative to Russia.
