Deputies of the Mykolaiv Regional Council approved the new director of the communal enterprise Farmatsia. He became the owner of a pharmacy business in Mykolaiv, Pavlo Ryshkov.
The corresponding decision was made during the session of the regional council, writes NikVesti.
During the discussion, the head of the regional health care department, Maksym Beznosenko, said that Pavlo Ryshkov is being considered for the position, because he fulfills the duties of the director of the KP and meets all the qualification requirements.
42 deputies voted for this decision, one abstained.
Earlier it was reported that the Mykolaiv Regional Council, taking advantage of the martial law, initiated the appointment of three heads of regional hospitals without competition.
Before that, NikVesti wrote that Pavlo Ryshkov is applying for the position of director of the unprofitable regional communal enterprise Farmatsia. According to him, he has several pharmacies in Mykolaiv, and his business is «successful».
It was also reported that the Mykolaiv Regional Council, on the proposal of the head of RMA Vitalii Kim, taking advantage of the martial law, plans to appoint, in addition to the chief doctors, the director of the communal enterprise Farmatsia out of competition.
