There are already 436 reconstruction projects of the Mykolaiv region in the DREAM state digital recovery management ecosystem.
This was announced today, September 3, at a briefing by Yevhen Skarlat, Deputy Head of the Department of Town Planning, Architecture, Capital Construction and Development Project Support of the Mykolaiv Oblast, NikVesti writes.
«About the DREAM system. The Department (Urban Planning, Architecture, Capital Construction and Support of Development Projects of the Mykolaiv Oblast, — note) carries out methodical activities with communities, provides assistance in working in this system, and introducing projects. The Department entered 26 projects into the system, with the aim of their implementation as transparently as possible. In total, communities contributed 436 projects, which is a significant number. Mykolaiv community is the most active, of course. They contributed a little more than half — 236 projects. But all communities are active and contribute projects: Bashtanka, Voznesensk, Ochakiv communities,» he said.
Restoration of the Mykolaiv Oblast
As of February 2024, more than 30% of infrastructure facilities in the Mykolaiv region have been restored. Hospitals and bridges were restored the most, and the residential sector the least.
Last year, the Service for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure in the Mykolaiv Oblast concluded contracts for restoration and repair of objects worth 7.8 billion hryvnias. This is the fourth place in Ukraine in terms of the amount of auctions.
Among the objects to be restored is the bridge in Voznesensk, which is located on the highway H-24 «Blahovishchenske — Mykolaiv». It was destroyed last year during battles with Russian troops for the city, NikVesti reported.
This year, they plan to start work on the restoration of Mykolaiv airport, which was destroyed at the beginning of the Russian invasion.
Prior to that, 789 million hryvnias were allocated from the state budget for the reconstruction of 16 objects damaged by shelling in Mykolaiv region within the framework of the fund for liquidation of the consequences of armed aggression. In the course of inspections, the State Audit Service found a number of violations in tender purchases for some of them.
