On the night of October 27, Ukrainians will turn their clocks to winter time for the last time. After this transition to summer and winter time, there will be no more.

This is provided for by Law №4201 adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which abolished seasonal time changes.

At four o'clock in the morning on October 27, the hands must be moved back one hour, which will increase the duration of this day by one hour. In the future, a single Kyiv time — UTC+2 — will be fixed throughout the territory of Ukraine.

If your devices are set to set the time automatically, your phone or computer will set it for you.

Earlier it was reported that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine canceled the change of clocks to summer time. The bill was supported by 261 people's deputies.

We would like to remind you that according to the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution of May 13, 1996, clocks are changed twice a year in Ukraine: on the last Sunday of March, the country switches to summer time, and on the last Sunday of October — to winter time. In 2022, the Russian military prohibited residents of the occupied territories from changing their clocks to winter time.
