SSU detains suspect in adjustment of Russian strikes on Kherson

A 44-year-old local resident suspected of passing coordinates to Russians for shelling the right-bank part of the region was detained in Kherson.
According to the Security Service of Ukraine, the woman walked the streets of the city, took pictures of the location of the Ukrainian military and marked them on the map. She also monitored the consequences of the shelling and submitted reports.
According to law enforcement, the woman came to the attention of Russians when she posted pro-Kremlin comments on Telegram channels.
She was detained while collecting information near a military facility. Her phone with evidence was seized.
The woman was notified of suspicion of high treason committed under martial law. She faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property. The suspect is currently in custody, the investigation is ongoing.
Earlier, the SSU exposed two people suspected of passing intelligence to Russian special services for strikes in the southern regions of Ukraine. The suspects include a 15-year-old resident of Voznesensk in Mykolaiv region, who was recruited by a 20-year-old resident of Odesa region.
