The heads of Mykolaiv district administrations have published their income declarations for 2024. In their declarations, most of them published that they have more than a million hryvnias in savings each, but have been paying off loans for several years.

The relevant declarations were published in the Unified State Register of Declarations of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, according to NikVesti.

Viktor Dmytruk, head of Zavodskyi district administration

Since 2007, he has owned a 1,000 square metre plot of land in the village of Chornomorka, and since 2015, a 23.5 square metre apartment in Ochakiv.

In 2022, Viktor Dmytruk purchased a 2018 INFINITI QX50 for 630 thousand hryvnias.

During 2024, Viktor Dmytruk earned 835.1 thousand hryvnias in his position. This is about 69.5 thousand hryvnias per month. He received another 1.4 thousand from the administration's trade union.

Viktor Dmytruk has cash savings: 28.5 thousand dollars and 15.3 thousand euros, and is paying off a 650,000 hryvnia loan taken out the day before the full-scale Russian invasion began on 23 February 2022.

Oleksandr Bereza, head of the administration of the Central district

Since 2013, Oleksandr Bereza has owned an 1190 square metre plot of land in the village of Dmytrivka in Kyiv region, and his wife Olena Ravina has owned a 21.6 square metre apartment in the village of Voronovytsia in Vinnytsia region.

In 2024, the official sold 1,200 square metres of land and a 356.5-square-metre house in the village of Nadbuzke near Mykolaiv for 2.2 million hryvnias.

Oleksandr Bereza owns a 2020 Volvo XC90, which he purchased in 2020 for 1.9 million hryvnias.

As head of the administration in 2024, he earned 887,600 hryvnias. This is about 73.9 thousand hryvnias per month. He also received 123.9 thousand hryvnias in insurance payments. Another 4.7 thousand was paid to him by the administration's trade union.

His wife earned 1.4 million hryvnias as an entrepreneur and received 47.2 thousand hryvnias in social benefits and 549.1 thousand hryvnias in insurance payments.

Olena Ravina keeps 800 thousand hryvnias, 170 thousand dollars and 70 thousand euros in cash.

At the same time, Oleksandr Bereza is still paying off a 1 million hryvnias loan he took out five years ago, in 2020.

Oleksandr Tsukanov, head of the Korabelnyi district administration

Oleksandr Tsukanov has owned a 63.10 square metre apartment in Mykolaiv since 2008. Since 2020, he and his family have been living in a 206-square-metre house worth 722,000 hryvnias, which belongs to Mykola Tsukanov, probably his father.

In 2021, Oleksandr Tsukanov purchased a Chinese electric car for 842 thousand hryvnias.

In 2024, he earned 771.8 thousand hryvnias in his position, which is approximately 64.3 thousand hryvnias per month. He also received a 1 thousand hryvnias payment from the administration's trade union.

In 2021, Oleksandr Tsukanov borrowed 1.2 million hryvnias from Adrii Fatianov, a deputy of the regional council, former leader of the now liquidated faction of the «OPFL» and currently the CEO of the «Ocean» plant.

The head of the administration did not declare any savings.

The official and part-time head of the «Propozytsiia» faction in the city council declared all the real estate she owns in Mykolaiv.

This includes a 1047-square-metre catering building, a café with a 244.5-square-metre summer terrace, a 31.5-square-metre apartment, a 249.6-square-metre residential building, two land plots of 5 and 710 square metres, and a non-residential art studio. The deputy leases eight land plots from the city council.

Her husband owns two apartments of 54.5 square metres and 34.9 square metres in Mykolaiv.

Hanna Remennikova owns two cars at home: a 2015 Fiat Doblo truck and a 2014 Mercedes-Benz truck. Valentyn Berestnev owns one Volvo XC 90 car made in 2017.

The woman's salary as head of the Ingul district administration was 724.2 thousand hryvnias, which is an average of 60.3 thousand hryvnias per month. This is the lowest salary among the heads of district administrations in the city. Anna Remennikova also received 2,300 hryvnias from the administration's trade union.

Her husband Valentyn Berestnev received 236,100 hryvnias at the Olympic Basketball Training Centre last year. He earned another 2.7 million hryvnias from his business.

The couple keeps $190,000 and 1.9 million hryvnias in cash.

As a reminder, the mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Sienkevych, received 946,000 hryvnias in salary in 2024, which is more than 150,000 hryvnias less than the salary of the director of the municipal enterprise «Mykolaiv Parks».
