Peremohy Park is one of the parks of Mykolaiv, with a stadium, a fencing school, sports grounds and a skate park. For years the city has failed to find money to renovate it: the housing and utilities department is looking for an investor, and in May 2026 the reconstruction was estimated at 22.2 million hryvnias. In August 2025 the city hall said it had no plans to restore the sports grounds and skate park.

In September 2026 the city council agreed to take over the land under the stadium and fencing school from the state, after 10 years of attempts. In May 2026 businessman Yurii Klymenko urged the authorities to lease the park or hand it over in a concession.
