Viktor Medvedchuk (born 7 August 1954) is a former Ukrainian politician and lawyer known for his pro-Russian views. He was a member of parliament for several terms, most recently in 2019–2023, and headed the Presidential Secretariat of Ukraine in 2002–2005.

In 2022 the Security Service of Ukraine detained him on suspicion of treason, and in September 2022 he was handed over to Russia in a prisoner exchange. In Russia he headed the Other Ukraine movement. In 2024 the Supreme Court finally returned the so-called Medvedchuk pipe to the state and his yacht Royal Romance was put under the Ukrainian flag; in 2026 the asset agency ARMA began preparing it for sale.

MykVisti covers the seizure and sale of his assets and suspicions against his associates, including a former TV presenter from Mykolaiv.
