UNICEF, the United Nations Children's Fund, supports children and families and funds education, water supply and social programmes. In Mykolaiv Oblast it handed over 3,300 laptops for remote learning, and 71 schools in the region received over ₴290,000 each to prepare for winter and renovate canteens. In 2025 UNICEF provided ₴10 million to repair the water main for Novyi Buh, and in 2026 ₴1.4 million to connect generators in Pervomaisk schools.

In Mykolaiv the fund set up learning tasks for preschoolers in the Kazka children's park and held free family meetings in Mykolaiv and Bashtanka. Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych discussed online education, power cuts and drinking water with UNICEF representatives.

MykVisti covers the fund's aid to Mykolaiv, Kherson and Odesa regions.
