Taras Kremin

Taras Kremin is a Ukrainian politician, educator, and public figure. He was born on June 10, 1978, in Kazanka, Mykolaiv Oblast. In 2010, he was elected as a deputy of the Mykolaiv Oblast Council from the "Front for Change" party, where he chaired the permanent commission on culture, education, science, family, youth, and sports. From February 25 to November 27, 2014, he served as the head of the Mykolaiv Oblast Council. In 2014, he was elected as a People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VIII convocation from the "People's Front" party. Since 2020, he has been serving as the Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language.
