regional landscape park on the Tylihul Estuary

Tylihulskyi Park is a regional landscape park on the shore of the Tylihul Estuary. Its boundaries are being expanded: in December 2025 the Kobleve community agreed to give it almost 5,000 hectares, and in June 2026 the Berezanska settlement council approved enlarging the park to 5,124.8 hectares.

During the war the estuary has become a popular holiday spot. In June 2024 vehicle access to the Chylova Spit was restricted because of the influx of tourists, and in June 2025 there was still no car park for visitors while the park boundaries awaited approval. A fire in October 2023 caused more than ₴4.4 million in damage to the park. In 2025 a businessman suspected of littering part of the park was due to stand trial in Mykolaiv Oblast.

MykVisti covers the park boundaries, tourism on the estuary, environmental violations and rare birds that visit the Tylihul.
