Secretary of Mykolaiv City Council

Dmytro Falko is Secretary of Mykolaiv City Council. As of October 2023 he represented the Proposition party. In 2025 the National Agency on Corruption Prevention found violations in his declaration for 2023, and Falko said he was ready to challenge this in court. That year he also rejected claims that votes at council sessions had been falsified. In 2026 he backed further small-scale privatisation of municipal property, and in October 2026 he clashed with former regional governor Oleksandr Stadnik over the head of the city sports department.
