Points of Invincibility are places where people can warm up, charge their phones and have a cup of tea during long power outages. In October 2026 it was reported that 25 such points would operate in Mykolaiv during outages and frosts. From the start of 2026 to mid-February, almost 9,000 people used them in Mykolaiv Oblast.
