In the Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv, two blocks of the road will be repaired for ₴4.8 million

The Administration of the Ship District of Mykolaiv has announced a tender for the repair of the road surface of two blocks along Kalynychenko Street.

This is reported by «NikVesti» with reference to the data of the public procurement system ProZorro.

The customer plans to spend 4 million 807 thousand 34 hryvnias on major repairs of the road section from Bogoyavlenskyi Avenue to Simferopolska Street.

According to Google Maps, this is approximately 450 meters of road surface. According to the tender documentation, 2 thousand 927 square meters will be renovated with these funds.

The contractor must complete the work by the end of the current year. The auction is scheduled to start on November 10.

In addition to the road surface itself, the contractor must perform work on tree trimming on the specified site — 12 plants, installation of manholes and planning of roadsides.

We remind you that in Mykolaiv they plan to repair the road along the roundabout at the intersection of Tsentralnyi Avenue and Bohoyavlenskyi Avenue. The works will cost 7 million hryvnias.

In addition, Mykolaiv will introduce a traffic scheme called «turbo-ring» at intersections with circular traffic. Such a traffic pattern will appear on Tsentralnyi Avenue — Bohoyavlenskyi Avenue — Khersonske Shose Street and on Myru Avenue — Bohoyavlenskyi Avenue — Pohranychna Street. As explained by «NikVesti» in the DHCS of the city council, this scheme is designed to speed up the movement of cars and reduce the number of road accidents due to the insufficient regulation of traffic rules during movement around the ring.

We also remind you that the Mykolaiv Parks utility company announced a tender for 2.5 million hryvnias, which was planned to be spent on six-month maintenance of the territory of Ternivske Kolo. It was about installing an irrigation system, planting perennial plants, pruning trees, and more. However, later the tender was canceled and it was decided to redirect these funds to help the military.
