The Mykolaiv CHP assured that recalculations will be made for subscribers who are currently not connected to heat.
Dmytro Miroshnychenko, the director of Mykolaiv CHP, told about this on Tuesday, November 28, during the session of the Mykolaiv City Council, NikVesti reports.
In general, the 2023-24 heating season in Mykolaiv began on November 14. However, on the evening of November 25, 90 houses served by PrJSC «Mykolaiv CHP» remain without heat.
The director of the CHP assured that the subscribers of these buildings will not be issued with charges, and the recalculations will take place after the actual supply of the coolant to the heating systems. A certificate from management companies or housing cooperative will be used to confirm this.
«Currently, we are working with the heads of the municipal utility companies and management companies, therefore, payments with accruals will not be received in those homes where heat was not supplied. Charges will be received from the time when the management company or HC provides the CHP with a certificate about the time of coolant supply to all risers. This issue has been worked out from the first moments of emergency situations,» commented Dmytro Miroshnychenko.
In addition, the director of «Mykolaiv CHP» promised that all subscribers of the enterprise will be connected to heat by December 1.
As you know, in preparation for the heating season, the Mykolaiv CHP carried out a major repair of heating networks, during which more than 1,500 kilometers of pipes were replaced. The CHP stated that the wear and tear of networks is more than 80% and it will take some time to stabilize the situation.
We will remind that as of the evening of November 20, there were dozens of apartment buildings in Mykolaiv without heating. In several districts of the city, repair works of heating networks are ongoing.
As of the evening of November 21, there are still more than 400 apartment buildings in the city without heating.
We will remind that in September, the CHP reported that it was 92% ready for the start of the heating season. The company only has to complete renovation work on two large areas.
After that, «Mykolaivoblteploenerho» reminded the residents of the housing stock what to do in cases when heat is not supplied or the temperature does not meet the standards.
First Deputy Mayor of Mykolaiv Vitalii Lukov said that they plan to connect all residential buildings of Mykolaiv to heat in a few days. To do this, the employees of the CHP and regional thermal power plant are currently working on the elimination of surges.
