From the balance sheet of the Mykolaiv infectious disease hospital, they plan to «redeem» the operating table of 2018, worth 76 thousand hryvnias. Acting chief physician Oleksandr Ihnatenkov stated that he did not submit it to the list of written-off property.

The corresponding draft of the decision is submitted for consideration at the session of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, NikVesti writes.

In particular, during the meeting of the commission of the Mykolaiv Regional Council on Health Protection, which was held on December 4, deputy Svitlana Fedorova, who was the head of the regional infectious disease hospital until 2021, noted that she personally purchased this table in 2019 and it was not even unpacked.

«In the redeem document, I found a question about the operating table, which I personally, as the chief doctor, purchased in 2019 and something is being written off. The table was very beautiful, no one even unpacked it, it was new in the intensive care unit,» she said.

According to the draft decision, it is indicated that the operating table is worn out by 67.5%. In addition to the operating table, the write-off from the balance sheet of the municipal non-profit enterprise «Mykolaiv Regional Center for the Treatment of Infectious Diseases» includes: a ventilator from 2012, an ultrasound device from 1989, an oxygen concentrator from 2020, two oxygen concentrators from 2004, a ventilator from 2009 and 2004.

Deputy Svitlana Fedorova noted that before the meeting of the commission, she called the acting head doctor of the infectious disease hospital Oleksandr Ihnatenkov, who admitted that he had not submitted an application for the removal of this operating table.

«Before the meeting, I called the acting chief physician of the «Mykolaiv Regional Center for the Treatment of Infectious Diseases» and the head of the intensive care unit. They told me that they did not submit this table for write-off and do not know why this one is listed there. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully study what is being written off and it is possible that it is wrong,» she said.

In this regard, the deputies agreed to submit the draft decision to the session of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, subject to additional study to establish whether this information was erroneously included in the draft decision.

However, on Monday, December 11, this draft decision was published on the website of the Mykolaiv Regional Council in the initial version, where, in particular, the operating table is planned for write-off.

We remind that the permanent deputy commission of the Mykolaiv Regional Council on social policy and health care refused to consider and removed from the agenda the draft decision on the appointment of Oleksandr Plitkin as the director of the KNP Mykolaiv Regional Children's Clinical Hospital.

Previously, the Mykolaiv Regional Council included the building of the former children's infectious disease hospital in the list of privatization objects.

Note that in June 2020, the regional council agreed to transfer this building into state ownership to the sphere of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Culture, with the further consolidation of operational management of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University.
