As of the end of October 2023, the total debt of the residents of Mykolaiv to Oblastteploenergo is 213 million hryvnias.
This was reported by «Mykolaivovoblteploenergo» director Mykola Lohvinov on the air of the «MART» TV channel.
At the same time, he added, the townspeople have already paid 95% of the debt for the 2022/23 heating season, and currently the sum of last year's debt is 90 million hryvnias.
— Residents of Mykolaiv, despite the fact that it is a front-line city, pay quite well. The total percentage of payment for heat of the previous heating season is 95%. Currently, the total debt is 213 million hryvnias for all periods and 90 million hryvnias for the past heating period. But in the percentage ratio, 95% of the debt was paid by the people of Mykolaiv. They are paying now. I think that by November 1, we will reach an indicator of 96-97%, and this percentage will be equal to what we reached in 2021. But no matter what, there is 213 million in debt, — Mykola Lohvinov said.
We will remind you that the heating season of 2023/24 in Mykolaiv is planned to start on the first day of November, but if the temperatures are below normal, heat can be supplied to the houses of the citizens earlier.
At the same time, «Mykolayivoblteploenergo» will start the heating season with debts. The company owes Naftogaz 450 million hryvnias. At the same time, CE still has not received 455 million hryvnias of compensation from the state budget for the difference between the economically justified and the current heating tariff.
It is also known that «Mykolayivoblteploenergo» has not yet received compensation from the city budget for the maintenance of water supply points.
