In the event of a peace agreement between Ukraine, the United States, Russia and European partners, mobilisation may be cancelled or transferred to a partial format.

This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a conversation with journalists, according to «Ukrinform».

«Mobilisation can be transformed or not carried out under conditions when there is an agreement and it is being implemented. Perhaps it will be partially carried out in parallel with partial demobilisation», Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted.

The President emphasised that the key task was to maintain the combat capability of the army and hold their positions.

«It is very dangerous», he stressed.

Explaining the impossibility of holding parliamentary and local elections as soon as possible, Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that after signing the peace agreement, martial law cannot be lifted immediately and will last for several months.

It should be noted that today President Zelenskyy presented a draft of a 20-point framework document on ending the Russian-Ukrainian war, which involves Ukraine, the United States, Europe and Russia.

Earlier, the head of the «Servant of the People» faction, David Arakhamiia, said that there is currently no possibility of concluding a «good» peace agreement with Russia — it is either a bad or very bad option, or no agreement and the continuation of the war.
