Mykolaiv veterans will receive 20 grants of €10,000 for the development of their own business

In 2024, Mykolaiv military personnel, war veterans or members of their families can receive 20 grants of 10,000 euros to support or start their own business.
This was discussed during the public discussions «Opportunities for veterans and their families. Mykolaiv Oblast», reports the correspondent of NikVesti.
Such a program of support for Mykolaiv veterans and their families was introduced by the Center for Adult Education and Training «South» in partnership with the DVV International organization in Ukraine and with the financial support of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany.
In 2023, 10 people have already received grants under this program. The center organizes a special business school in the framework of which applicants will be helped to write business plans, after which the participants will be able to receive grant assistance on a competitive basis.
«In addition, even a veteran's wife can apply for a grant, then it will be a family business,» said Anna Salnyk, one of the organizers of the event.
As a reminder, the Mykolaiv Regional Employment Center also operates three programs for issuing grants for opening or developing a business. Both military and civilians can receive funds.
