Veterans

Veterans are individuals who have participated in military actions to defend the territorial integrity and independence of their country. In Ukraine, veteran status includes participants of combat operations, veterans of World War II, the war in Afghanistan, as well as current defenders who fought during the Russia-Ukraine war.

In the Mykolaiv region, veterans should receive support such as rehabilitation, employment, psychological assistance, and other social guarantees essential for their adaptation.
