The announced cost of these works is 2.3 million hryvnias, but it may change, taking into account the future proposals of the participants.

The recipient of donations is the NGO “Mykolaiv Media Hub” (EDRPOU 45160758). The contractor will have to carry out current repairs of the aviaries by February 28, 2025: replace the asphalt concrete coating of the walls and floor, make wall and roof cladding from profiled sheet, paint metal surfaces.

Currently, the process of submitting tender offers from future participants is ongoing, the contractor will be chosen after November 22.

We will remind that 59.8 million hryvnias are needed for the reconstruction of the infrastructure of the utility company «Center for Animal Protection» in Mykolaiv. The city council is looking for a donor who will finance these works. So far, 1 million hryvnias have been spent on the repair of the Center's animal enclosures.

It was the employees of the Mykolaiv «Animal Protection Center» who were among those who rescued animals that were in the disaster zone after the explosion of the Kakhovka HPP. They managed to save more than 100 dogs and 30 cats.
