The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to grant construction permits to foreign companies.

This is reported by the Ministry of Reintegration.

The Cabinet of Ministers made changes to Resolution №314, which opened the possibility for representative offices of foreign companies and organizations in Ukraine to engage in the construction of large facilities.

It is noted that the right to construction activities will be granted to foreign companies without the need to obtain a license for the construction of facilities. The corresponding norm will apply during martial law.

In particular, it is about the construction of objects belonging to objects with medium (СС2) and significant (СС3) classes of consequences. Objects with medium (СС2) consequence classes are residential buildings with a height of five floors or more. Objects with significant (СС3) classes of consequences are multi-apartment residential buildings over 100 meters high, large public buildings, industrial facilities, buildings of universities, colleges, schools, preschools, malls, hospitals, etc.

The ministry explains that the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers will improve the legal regulation of foreign companies' activities in Ukraine and will allow representative offices of Polish companies to carry out work on the arrangement of checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Polish border.

Earlier it was reported that in Mykolaiv the authorities are being asked to lower the rent for land used by the Ministry of Defense.
