Russia attacked Odessa region twice this morning. Photo: Oleh KiperOn the morning of December 13, Russian troops attacked the Odessa region twice. Air defense forces shot down the targets, no injuries were reported.
As reported by the head of the Odesa RMA, Oleh Kiper, fragments of Russian missiles damaged civilian infrastructure.
«As a result of the hit by enemy missile fragments, there is damage to civilian infrastructure, including the office building of a private transport company and eight trucks. All relevant services are working on the scene,» he said.
Regarding the electricity situation in the region, Kiper reported that outage schedules are in effect.
