On the night of July 21, one «Shahed 131/136» type UAV was destroyed by air defense forces and means in the Mykolaiv region.
This was reported by Mykolaiv RMA.
It is noted that in the evening, July 20, at 21:14 and this morning, July 21, at 05:16, the enemy fired artillery at Ochakiv. Dry grass caught fire as a result of the shelling. The fire was promptly extinguished by firefighters. There are no casualties.
Yesterday, July 20, at 8:30 p.m., the Bashtanka district was hit by a rocket attack. As a result of the attack, the warehouse of the agricultural enterprise and dry grass were on fire. The fire was quickly extinguished by firefighters. Also, private houses were damaged by the blast wave. Two people were injured.
In addition, on July 20, at 5:27 p.m., an FPV-type kamikaze drone hit the Kutsurub community. There are no casualties.
Attack on Mykolaiv on July 19
The explosion in Mykolaiv occurred at 5:14 p.m. As it turned out, the blow hit a residential area of the city.
In addition to three houses, a kindergarten was also destroyed by the rocket attack.
An hour after the attack, Vice Mayor Vitalii Lukov said in a comment to NikVesti that three victims were known at the place of arrival, including a child. The mother of the boy who died as a result of a rocket attack is in a state of shock. Psychologists work with her.
The law enforcement officers started a pre-trial investigation on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
It should be noted that previously the occupiers hit the city with an X-59 missile.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also reacted to the attack on Mykolaiv. He noted that now new solutions are needed to support the defense of Ukraine.
In Mykolaiv, it is currently known about 24 injured and three killed as a result of the Russian airstrike yesterday, July 19.
