Last year, 5.8 million was already allocated for repairs to this department.
This is according to data from the ProZorro public procurement system, as reported by NikVesti.
The client for the works is the Department of Urban Planning, Architecture, Capital Construction and Development Project Support of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.
According to the tender documentation, for 5,225,991 hryvnias, the contractor is to carry out repairs to the premises, including the dismantling of old structures and the repair of walls, floors and ceilings. They must also install new doors, refurbish windows, lay tiles, and carry out interior and exterior finishing works, including the insulation of window reveals.
In addition, the works include the laying of water supply and drainage pipes, the installation of radiators, the fitting of a CCTV system, and the purchase of equipment and medical apparatus.
Under the contract, the work is scheduled to be completed by 31 December this year. If necessary, the deadline may be extended until the parties have fully fulfilled their contractual obligations.
It should be noted that last year, 5,843,782 hryvnias were allocated for the renovation of the anaesthesiology department . At that time, «Pivdenbud Mykolaiv LTD» was selected as the contractor.
It should be noted that «Pivdenbud Mykolaiv LTD» was registered in 2006 in Mykolaiv. The company’s main activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The director, founder and ultimate beneficial owner is Iryna Horbul. According to the financial statements for 2025, the company’s revenue amounted to 48.2 million hryvnias.
The company is an active participant in public procurement. According to YouControl, in 2026 it secured government contracts worth over 105 million hryvnias.
It should be noted that last year, an organ transplant support laboratory was built on the premises of the regional clinical hospital. It was set up in the building of the former canteen.
According to the DREAM platform, the laboratory is dedicated to the diagnosis, analysis and storage of biological materials required for transplants and other vital medical procedures.
Work began in 2023, when a contract worth 22.4 million hryvnias was signed with «Interbud Construction Company» LLC . Subsequently, due to the need for additional work, the contractor was awarded a further contract worth 10.6 million hryvnias.
It is worth noting that in August 2025, the Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital carried out its first post-mortem organ procurement for transplantation. Specialists from the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and Kyiv’s First City Hospital were involved in the operation.
Furthermore, in November 2024, a rehabilitation ward was opened at the hospital following refurbishment — the treatment rooms and wards were fitted with modern furniture and equipment to aid patients’ recovery. The project was implemented with financial support from the international organisation Project HOPE. The department features inpatient wards, rooms for various therapies, and a special kitchen where patients will learn to use household appliances again.
A protective shelter is also being built on the grounds of the regional clinical hospital. The contract was signed in November 2025 with Antares-BUD Limited Liability Company. The cost of the works is 24.2 million hryvnias, and the contractor is required to complete the works by the end of 2027.
