Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital is a hospital owned by Mykolaiv Regional Council, located in the Namyv area of the city. In June 2024 regional council members appointed their colleague Iryna Shabilianova of the Servant of the People party as its director without a competition. In December 2024 the regional medical and social expert commission (MSEC) was merged into the hospital, and in June 2026 so was Maternity Hospital No. 3, which the city handed over to the region together with wage debts.

MykVisti follows repairs at the hospital, from the anaesthesiology department to access roads costing UAH 7.5 million, and the felling of 87 trees to build an underground shelter.
