Against the background of discussions about possible elections in Ukraine, political forces are actively preparing for the campaign. In particular, the presidential party «Servant of the People» thought about rebranding.

This is stated in the material of Ukrainska Pravda.

The party admits that their position is one of the most difficult among potential election participants.

«To be honest, we, as the ruling party, are probably in the most difficult position. It is clear to the worthy one what to do, to everyone else it is clear where to move - either choose a side or some niche of your own. And what should we do? It is not known at all yet,» said one of the representatives of «Servant of the People».

The Office of the President sees a possible way out precisely in updating the party brand and team composition. According to the publication, the new project may be called «Zelenskyy's Team», and the main person responsible for the rebranding will probably be the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

It is noted that not everyone in «Servant of the People» is convinced that changing the name will help significantly.

«You will remember the whole story before this. Rebranding has never led to victory. People already understand what kind of «new» party it is and what kind of people are in it. Therefore, it is unlikely that it will give any jump,» said an interlocutor from the party's leadership.

It is also believed that the current leaders of the faction, such as David Arahamiya, may leave their positions to «take the negativity with them». Instead, government officials, military personnel, and volunteers may be included in the lists.

«Probably, they will add some active government officials, someone from the Office, someone from the front and the Armed Forces. And all the negativity will be taken away by the current «leaders of the faction», believes the party member.

The opposition has also started preparations for possible elections. Yuliia Tymoshenko is actively looking for allies, sponsors and forms lists.

«So they are looking for some money from sponsors, they can motivate people, keep everyone on their toes, say that elections are coming soon and everyone needs to get together. Tymoshenko is particularly active, money is being sought from her, and places for sponsors and so on,» said a representative of «Servant of the People».

Petro Poroshenko's party follows a different strategy — it focuses on its audience and media resources, keeping its rating at around 10%. However, journalists note that Poroshenko has probably come to terms with the fact that his presidential ambitions will not be realized in the near future.

«This is such an autonomous charismatic cult that it is almost unaffected even by the explosive growth of Zaluzhnyi's rating. However, Poroshenko had to come to terms with the fact that his presidential ambitions are unlikely to be realized in the foreseeable future. Although the chance to play an active role in the future coalition may serve the fifth president forever as a certain compensation for this,» the article notes.

The fate of the new version of the «Party of Regions», which is associated with Firtash, Liovochkin and Boiko, remains «intriguing». According to sociological estimates, such a project can claim the support of 20-30% of voters who oppose the war and decommunization.

«What it will be called and who will be in the top twenty is not so important now. According to the measurements of sociologists, after three years of full-scale war, the new «Party of Regions» can still deploy 20-30% of the electoral field. We are talking about those who are «against the war and the demolition of monuments to Pushkin,» the article says.

According to the journalists, it will take 4-6 months of preparation to hold elections after the lifting of martial law and changes in the legislation.

We will remind, the head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak said that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy intends to hold elections immediately after the end of the war.
