Russian President Vladimir Putin is rapidly running out of resources to continue his war against Ukraine.

This was stated by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte during a press conference following the meeting of the «Coalition of the Willing» in London.

According to Mark Rutte, the situation on the frontline currently demonstrates the failure of Russia's warfare strategy. According to him, the Russian army often pays a high price for minimal results.

«In Ukraine, Putin is making little progress on the battlefield, and where there are minor successes, they come at a huge price. Hundreds of thousands of Russians are dying because of Putin's senseless aggression. The truth is that Putin is running out of money, troops and ideas,» the NATO Secretary General said.

He stressed that it is time to increase pressure on Russia to achieve a just peace. Mark Rutte supported the decision of the European allies to provide Ukraine with additional military assistance and to adopt the 19th package of sanctions against Russia.

«Developments on the battlefield show that our support for Ukraine is working, and we must continue it. We must combine this support with economic pressure on Russia» he said.

Yesterday, members of the «Coalition of the Willing» agreed on a new plan to support Ukraine. Its main goal is to force Russian President Vladimir Putin to the negotiating table.
