Sienkevych discussed projects related to the restoration of Mykolaiv with the managers of the Danish company NIRAS

The marketing directors of the NIRAS company from Denmark visited Mykolaiv to discuss possible cooperation with the city council.
Mykolaiv City Council reports this.
It is noted that Jesper Karup Pedersen and Christian Zandberg met with Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych in the Office of Recovery and Development.
The meeting was also attended by the heads of the departments: housing and communal services — Dmytro Bezdolnyi, architecture and urban planning — Yevhen Poliakov, energy, energy saving and introduction of innovative technologies - Alla Lutska, as well as economic development — Tetiana Shulichenko.
Oleksandr Sienkevych emphasized that the city authorities are currently working on the reconstruction of Mykolaiv and are actively cooperating with international partners, in particular the Kingdom of Denmark.
«We want Mykolaiv to become a model in matters of openness and transparency. That is why we are introducing the best anti-corruption practices,» Oleksandr Sienkevych said.
He also noted that an important task of the city government is to restore business operations.
«The war caused great damage to our city. Among other things, its negative consequences were felt by business. We know how important it is to expand its opportunities and create new jobs. Therefore, we are already working on solving the problem,» says the mayor.
During the meeting, the mayor added that the knowledge and rich experience of the NIRAS company in the implementation of projects can help Mykolaiv during the restoration of the city and expansion of its opportunities.
