The director of KP Parks explained why he started construction work on Naberezhna without a project: «It is so that our fighters can undergo rehabilitation there for free»

Dmytro Chuchmai, director of the Mykolaiv Parks utility company, explained that the construction work on Flotskyi Boulevard was started «so that our fighters could undergo rehabilitation there for free».

He said this on the MART TV channel.

As you know, on November 2, Mykolaiv Parks began construction of a sports ground on the city's Embankment. At that time, the State Inspectorate stated that the company did not have the relevant permit documents, NikVesti wrote.

According to the director of the enterprise, Dmytro Chuchmai, these works do not require relevant permits.

«It cannot be said that it was construction. It was planned to install small architectural forms, namely: benches, urns and simulators. First of all, it was so that our fighters could undergo rehabilitation there for free. In addition, it is such a place where it is very beautiful, there is a very interesting overview. Therefore, all residents of the city could come there and do sports. These works do not require project solutions or anything. I repeat once again: we did not conduct any construction there — work on the improvement of this area was planned with the installation of small architectural forms. No more, no less. Now the works are frozen, there is a criminal case. This issue is being dealt with by the police,» said Dmytro Chuchmai.
