Municipal enterprise of the Mykolaiv City Council

Utility company «Mykolaiv parks» is a municipal enterprise of Mykolaiv City Council that looks after the city's parks, squares and green areas.

The enterprise cares for trees and flower beds, mows grass, installs benches and is responsible for Lisky Park, which covers 33 hectares. In November 2025 Mykolaiv Parks installed 79 new benches around the city, which they say they made themselves for ₴3 million. In 2026 police investigated five cases involving the company's officials, the environmental inspectorate reported 16 violation reports over three years, and in August the city council refused to raise the company's authorised capital by ₴5 million.

MykVisti covers tree felling and pruning, the state of Yunist and Lisky parks, benches and flower beds, the company's lawsuit against activist Dmytro Riabchenko and the mayor's criticism of its work.
