Investment in Mykolaiv, the region and southern Ukraine: projects, investment councils and the search for money for reconstruction. For 2025 the Mykolaiv region planned 151 investment projects worth over UAH 30 billion. Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych has said the city cannot attract investors without state tax breaks, and Mykolaivelectrotrans is looking for UAH 1.6 billion to renew its tram fleet.
