The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) is a state body of Ukraine established in 2016 to implement anti-corruption policies. The NACP's primary mission is to prevent corruption, monitor compliance with anti-corruption laws, and ensure transparency in public administration.

Key functions of the NACP:

  • Identifying and managing conflicts of interest.
  • Monitoring the lifestyle of officials to ensure it matches their declared income.
  • Maintaining the Unified State Register of Declarations.
