«We are not sitting still,» — Mykolaiv CHP promises to start heating by November 26

Mykolaiv CHP announced that they will repair all emergency networks in order to provide heat to all consumers within three days.

Dmytro Miroshnychenko, director of the CHP, stated this in a comment to NikVesti.

The director emphasized that the list of addresses where there is no heating is dynamically changing due to constant power surges. He noted that the working CHP actively cooperates with local authorities and receives the necessary equipment and assistance to eliminate emergency situations.

— At the moment, we plan to eliminate the accidents that we have throughout the city in three days. Gradually starting with the repair of networks where there are the most consumers. Of course, this term may change depending on the further detection of gusts on heating networks. Regarding the list of addresses where there is currently no heating, it changes dynamically. Because there was a surge in the network somewhere in the city, so we are turning off the heating. There are houses where we have not yet connected the heating at all, there are houses where we have supplied heat, but the building is still heating up and we cannot raise the pressure to the required parameters. This list can change radically in a day. I can say with confidence that we are not sitting still. The city and the region provide us with the necessary equipment, said Dmytro Miroshnychenko.

We remind that as of the evening of November 20, there were dozens of apartment buildings in Mykolaiv without heating. In several districts of the city, repair works of heating networks are ongoing.

As of the evening of November 21, there are still more than 400 apartment buildings in the city without heating.

It was previously reported that as of the evening of November 18, the Mykolaiv CHP company had connected half of the total number of consumers in Mykolaiv to heat.

We remind that in September, the CHP reported that it was 92% ready for the start of the heating season. The company only has to complete renovation work on two large areas.

In general, the 2023-24 heating season in Mykolaiv began on November 14. After that, Mykolaivoblteploenerho reminded the residents of the housing stock what to do in cases when heat is not supplied or the temperature does not meet the standards.

First Deputy Mayor of Mykolaiv Vitalii Lukov said that they plan to connect all residential buildings of Mykolaiv to heat in a few days. To do this, the employees of the CHP and regional thermal power plant are currently working on the elimination of surges.
