Residents of the building at 147 Tsentralnyi Prospect and neighboring buildings complained about another delay in the delivery of heat.
In an appeal to Nikvesti, they reported that the CHP promised to provide heat until November 26, but the house is still without heating.
According to the residents of the high-rise building, they are trying to write an application for the lack of heat to the housing and communal services department of the Mykolaiv City Council, but they refuse to accept it. The department replied to the residents of the building that they had nothing to do with the heating season.
«A request to the Housing and Communal Services Department to accept an application for lack of heat leads the department into a «creepy rapture.» Literally: «why are you calling here, call the management company, call the government hotline. We have nothing to do with heating at all. This is not our object. There is no point in your calls and we do not consider these applications. By the way, it was not possible to call the Government hotline out of 12 attempts,» residents complain.
It is worth noting that on November 28, during the session of the Mykolaiv City Council, the director of Mykolaiv CHP, Dmytro Myroshnichenko, said that by December 1, all subscribers of the enterprise will be connected to heat.
At the same time, the residents of the high-rise building are dissatisfied with the fact that they have to pay a subscription fee for heat maintenance throughout the year.
«And it is not entirely clear why they charge us a subscription fee for heat all year round, if no one maintains and checks the networks before the heating season, but they actually repair them. How is it possible to survive in such weather conditions with hurricane-force winds and sub-zero temperatures at night?», says the appeal.
We will remind you that the Mykolaiv CHP assured that recalculations will be made for subscribers who are currently not connected to heat.
In general, the 2023-24 heating season in Mykolaiv began on November 14. As of the evening of November 18, the Mykolaiv CHP company connected half of the total number of consumers in Mykolaiv to heat. At the same time, in September, the CHP reported that it was 92% ready for the start of the heating season. The company only has to complete renovation work on two large areas.
As of the evening of November 20, there were dozens of apartment buildings in Mykolaiv without heating. In several districts of the city, repair works of heating networks are ongoing. Then the first deputy of Mykolaiv city mayor Vitalii Lukov announced that they plan to connect all residential buildings of Mykolaiv to heat in a few days. To do this, the employees of the CHP and regional thermal power plant are currently working on the elimination of surges.
On the evening of November 21, there were still more than 400 apartment buildings in the city without heating.
The Mykolaiv thermal power plant said that delays in the supply of heat to multi-apartment buildings occurred due to large gusts on the main pipelines of the heating lines.
