Kim's team wants to see personnel changes at Mykolaiv CHP after the disruption of the heating season

The Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration believes that, despite the declarations of readiness for the heating season, the Mykolaiv Thermal Power Plant has not fulfilled its promises. In OVA, the enterprise is required to make personnel decisions.

This was stated by the Deputy Chief of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Valentyn Haydarzhi, during a meeting of the Emergency Response Headquarters, NikVesti writes.

After the report of the director of the CHP, Dmytro Miroshnychenko, about the ongoing repair work being carried out by crews at four other sites in the city, Valentyn Haydarzhi replied that the situation is unacceptable and the company should provide Mykolaiv residents with heat as soon as possible.

«We don't need promises — we need concrete actions. We went all out to help you, you reported on one hundred percent readiness. What is happening now is unacceptable. Make personnel decisions and organize work so that people are warm as soon as possible. I emphasize once again, if you need any help, voice it,» said Valentyn Haydarzhi.

According to the information posted on the website of the Mykolaiv CHP, the head of the board is Dmytro Miroshnychenko.

Among the management team are the member of the Mykolaiv City Council from the «EU» Viktoriia Pereverzeva, who is the director of administrative and economic activities and a former deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, ex-advisor to the mayor of Mykolaiv Mykhailo Talpa. As a reminder, the 2023-24 heating season in Mykolaiv began on November 14. As of the evening of November 18, the Mykolaivska CHP company connected half of the total number of consumers in Mykolaiv to heat. At the same time, in September, the CHP reported that it was 92% ready for the start of the heating season. The company only has to complete renovation work on two large areas.

As of the evening of November 20, there were dozens of apartment buildings in Mykolaiv without heating. In several districts of the city, repair works of heating networks are ongoing. Then the first deputy of Mykolaiv city mayor Vitalii Lukov announced that they plan to connect all residential buildings of Mykolaiv to heat in a few days. To do this, the employees of the CHP and regional thermal power plant are currently working on the elimination of surges.

On the evening of November 21, there were still more than 400 apartment buildings in the city without heating.

The Mykolaiv thermal power plant said that delays in the supply of heat to multi-apartment buildings occurred due to large gusts on the main pipelines of the heating lines.
