The Radsadivka Lyceum was renovated under the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with financial support from the European Union. More than 14.8 million hryvnias was allocated for the reconstruction of the institution.

This is described in the article NikVesti «We didn't even hope»: How Radisnyi Sad Lyceum was restored».

According to Yuriy Pinkovyi, head of the Radsadivka village council, the works covered most of the second floor, where the high school and secondary school classrooms are located, as well as partially the premises for primary school.

«Firstly, the roof, which had been damaged, was restored. Almost every classroom was overhauled: the electrical wiring was replaced, thresholds and doors were renovated, and the hall on the first floor and most of the classrooms and corridors on the second floor were arranged. In addition, the facade was restored,» said Yurii Pinkovyi.

In addition to the construction work, the school received new furniture: 30 desks, 30 chairs, one blackboard and one cabinet.

Where is full-time education available in Mykolaiv region?

More than 300 schools in the Mykolaiv region wanted to start full-time or mixed education. However, after specialised inspections, their number was halved.

In Mykolaiv region, 57 schools were allowed to work offline. Most of them are schools in Voznesensk and Pervomaisk districts. In addition, 94 schools operate in a mixed mode, meaning that children study offline in a certain order, for example, week after week. Another 277 educational institutions operate online.

The offline learning process was also organised in the frontline town of Ochakiv, where a mixed form of education is in place.

According to the monitoring of the Mykolaiv City Council's Education Department, 65% of schoolchildren want to study full-time.
