This was reported in the Office of the Prosecutor General.
The prosecutor's office has started an investigation into the consequences of an enemy missile hitting the terminal of the Zaporizhzhia airport.
Criminal proceedings were opened based on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the information of OK «Pivden», the enemy carried out a missile attack on the airport with an Kh-59 cruise missile. People were not injured.
We will remind you that in 2024, the Mykolaiv Regional Council plans to start work on the restoration of the airport, which was destroyed at the beginning of the Russian invasion.
