The head of the Central district of Mykolaiv criticized the work of utility workers in Poland: «The street is dug up, we have to walk through the swamp»

Oleksandr Bereza, the head of the Mykolaiv Central District administration, criticized the work of utility workers in the Polish city of Wroclaw, who are carrying out capital repairs of several blocks.

Oleksandr Bereza's dissatisfaction was caused by the «blocked and dug-up street», he wrote on his Facebook page.

«I always run. But in other cities, a run is a separate pleasure, an opportunity to take a closer look and try to understand the city. In Wroclaw, I came across a street repair. Several blocks are being renovated. Curbs are put up, tram rails are changed, and the asphalt surface, accordingly. I can't say that everything is very neat. The street is blocked and dug up, and pedestrians often have to walk through the swamp. But there is a bio-toilet for workers. You will not always see it at our repair facilities.

Street cleaners use small electric cars for movement and transportation (like in hotels for transporting suitcases). Ukrainian is heard everywhere. In the municipality of Wroclaw, we were told that every fourth of them is a Ukrainian. Therefore, Ukraine became a powerful investor of human resources in the economy of Poland. It is not what to rebuild, but who», — Oleksandr Bereza wrote.

It is worth noting that from September 2023, in the Central district of Mykolaiv, CHP employees will replace 300 meters of pipe. Because of this, Mariupolska street in the city center has been in a dilapidated state for more than a month. As of October 25, the movement of pedestrians and motor vehicles is still blocked there, the correspondent of «NikVesti» reports.

We will remind you that earlier, a member of the Mykolayiv City Council from the «Proposition» party, the head of the Central District administration, Oleksandr Bereza, justified the cutting down of perennial blue Christmas trees near the city council building by decommunization.
