For the fourth time, the Myhiia village council of the Mykolaiv region has announced a tender for the adjustment of works on capital repair of the water supply network in the village of Sofiivka.

This is evidenced by the data of the public procurement system ProZorro.

13.9 million hryvnias are planned to be spent on these works. The repair of the water supply network in Sofiivka should be completed by December 31, 2025. The list of works includes:

  • general construction (soil development, laying of new pipes, installation of other equipment);
  • installation of pump chamber equipment (installation of pump, counters, filters, electrical equipment) 4
  • installation of a water tower;
  • landscaping works (greening of the surrounding area).

Before that, the same tender was announced in November 2023 for 15.3 million hryvnias. However, then the bidding was canceled due to violations of the legislation in the field of public procurement. In the explanation to the procedure, it is noted that the customer incorrectly calculated the cost of some works.

Two more relevant auctions were announced in April 2024 for 12.5 million hryvnias, but then the auctions did not take place either.

We will remind that in August 2023, the then Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kubrakov, announced in a comment to NikVesti that the EIB will provide 13 million hryvnias for the restoration of the water supply network in the village of Sofiivka, Pervomaisk community.

The project passed the competitive selection within the framework of the Emergency Credit Program for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, he added. The competition lasted during May-June 2023 and related to projects for the restoration of social infrastructure, housing and communal facilities in regions that suffered during the great war or suffered a load due to a significant influx of immigrants.
