The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health are developing a mechanism for introducing electronic referrals to the military medical commission (MMC) through the Rezerv+ application.

This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernohorenko in a comment to «Ukrainian Pravda».

«The Ministry of Defense is currently consulting with the Ministry of Health on how to implement electronic referrals to the MMC through Rezerv+ for both conscripts and active soldiers,» she said.

According to the deputy, the most likely such referral will include a QR code, by which the doctors of the MMC will be able to identify a person.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense is working with the Ministry of Health to create an electronic system for military doctors, which will display all information about the treatment of soldiers.

Chernohorenko explained that such data can now be obtained from the central database of any hospital by making an appropriate request.

However, she added, it is necessary to create a separate database with stories of treatment or rehabilitation of soldiers for the convenience of military doctors. Such a mechanism is planned to be implemented in the Ministry of Defense by the end of 2024.

Earlier, Kateryna Chernohorenko reported that this summer, the Rezerv+ application may launch a service for automatically providing a postponement of the draft.

She also reported that Russia distributes fake web applications that look like Rezerv+ in order to collect personal data of Ukrainians.
