Ukrainian national postal services company

Ukrposhta is the national postal operator of Ukraine, a joint-stock company. As of March 2026, the company is headed by CEO Ihor Smilianskyi. In August 2025, Ukrposhta put its main post office building at 27/1 Admiralska Street in Mykolaiv up for auction. For its «City of Heroes. Mykolaiv» stamp, the company used a photo taken by a MykVisti journalist.

In February 2026, a representative of the ombudsman criticised the condition of Ukrposhta branches in Mykolaiv, and villagers in Mykolaiv Oblast complain about queues outside and poor service. A branch manager in Mykolaiv Oblast faces trial for embezzling more than ₴200,000 in social payments.

MykVisti covers post office branches in Mykolaiv and the region, new stamps featuring Mykolaiv and local lighthouses, tariffs, parcel lockers and criminal cases against postal workers.
