A three-year-old girl was evacuated from the temporarily occupied Kherson region to the territory controlled by Ukraine. Currently, the child and his family are safe and receiving the necessary assistance.
Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of Kherson RMA, announced this, thanking the team of ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets for their work.
«Thank you to everyone who is working on this. I know how difficult it is, but children's smiles and happy childhood are worth it,» said Prokudin.
According to him, 218 children have already been evacuated from the left-bank part of the Kherson region this year.
Earlier it was reported that it was possible to evacuate 6 Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories.
We will remind you that seven more children returned to the controlled territory from the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region.
In addition, seven Ukrainian children from the Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and Luhansk regions, which were under Russian occupation, returned home.
Also, four children — two boys and two girls, aged from 3 to 17 — were returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
In addition, at the beginning of September, another family with children returned from the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region.
