This was announced by the head of Mykolaiv RMA Vitalii Kim.

In the comment NikVesti, the press service of Mykolaiv RMA reported that a 70-year-old woman died during the night shelling in Mykolaiv. At the sites of the attacks, a headquarters is created to provide assistance to the victims.
We will remind, the Russians hit the city around 02:30 in advance with missiles of the S-300 type. The blows were recorded in several areas, where an infrastructure object, a restaurant complex, trade pavilions, residential buildings and cars were damaged.
«The military will establish the type of missile and provide relevant information if it can be voiced. Windows were broken in houses and cars were damaged. Unfortunately, a woman born in 1954 died. Local authorities will make arrangements to help residents restore their property, field headquarters will be established, and all assistance will be provided. In the same way, people can apply for compensation, find contacts on the information pages of local authorities and apply for compensation after shelling,» the press service reported.
The Mykolaiv RMA reported that among the victims there are serious cases, which are provided with all the necessary assistance.
It was also reported that on the night of October 15, the Russians launched an unmanned aerial vehicle of the Shahed-136/131 type over the Mykolaiv region. Air defense forces shot down 3 drones.
