Cultivated the land and was blown up by an enemy mine: a man died in the Kherson region

In the Kherson region, in the village of Shyroka Balka, while working in the field, a local resident was killed by a Russian munition.

According to the investigation, on March 8 at around 10:30 a.m. in the village of Shyroka Balka of the Stanislavsky community, a local resident came across an explosive device left by Russian troops while cultivating the land. The man died from the detonation of an explosive object.

«A pre-trial investigation has been launched in the criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder,» the message reads.

Currently, primary investigative actions are ongoing with the participation of prosecutors and the police.

We will remind that a 26-year-old man blew himself up with ammunition near the Yavkyne canal in the Snihurivka community of the Mykolaiv region.

It was previously reported that on December 16 and 17, two cases of detonation using explosive objects were recorded in the Mykolaiv region.
