The head of the Domanivka settlement council «blocked» the dissolution of the executive committee: the deputies demand to reconsider the issue

In the Mykolayiv region, the deputies of the Domanivka settlement council are again trying to dissolve the executive committee. The head of the village council Viktor Vlasiuk vetoed the previous decision.

Voznesensk District Council deputy Vasyl Ivanchenko, who was present at the session when the issue was considered, told about this in the comments of NikVesti.

We remind that on October 20, the deputies presided over the dissolution of the executive committee. However, the decision was suspended by the head of the village council Viktor Vlasiuk. The order states that the decision-making procedure was violated, and it is also illegal, because «it does not contain any legal justification».

An extraordinary session was scheduled for November 1, but deputies lacked two votes to override the veto.

Vasyl Ivanchenko says that for the deputies this issue has become fundamental and they intend to bring it to its logical conclusion — the dissolution of the executive committee.

— The deputies said that for them this is already a matter of principle and they will act further. On November 7, 15 deputies registered an appeal, plus three deputies registered separately. The appeal was registered in the village council. That is, the issue is raised for the second time, but now the deputies also demand a report from the secretary of the village council, — he notes.

Vasyl Ivanchenko says that currently village head Viktor Vlasiuk has gone on sick leave.

Deputies of the Domanivka settlement council substantiated their position on three sheets of paper and demand to hold an extraordinary session, to hear a report on the work of the executive committee and the secretary of the settlement council, as well as to dissolve the members of the executive committee.

We remind that the Domanivka Territorial Community of Mykolaiv Oblast is planning to switch to alternative types of fuel.

It was also reported that in the village of Domanivka, a local resident complained about the work of an agricultural enterprise, the territory of which is located behind the fence of her house. According to her, the workers are unloading grain crops, and all the dust and dirt are flying into her yard.
