Arms supplies to Ukraine from the United States have been suspended in recent days, but resumed last weekend.
Reuters reports this with reference to four informed sources, NV writes.
According to two of the sources, the supply resumed after the White House abandoned its initial decision to suspend all aid to Ukraine.
One of the Reuters sources said that there are factions within the Trump administration that disagree on how much the US should continue to support Ukraine with weapons from its own stockpiles.
In January, the United States provided Ukraine with a new military aid package worth half a billion dollars.
Later, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that without the support of the US and NATO, Ukraine would not be able to remain an independent country.
The US State Department also temporarily extended funding for humanitarian programmes that provide critical assistance.
