Water supply points in Mykolaiv. Archive photo: NikVestiIn August, residents of Mykolaiv collected 9 million liters of free purified water at points installed on the basis of the Mykolaivvobltepleonergo utility company.
According to KP Mykolaivobltepleonergo, since the beginning of 2024, the enterprise has released almost 77 million liters of water.
It is noted that currently water is supplied to Mykolaiv residents at almost 80 points in all districts of the city. The specialists of Mykolaivoblteploenergo deal with their maintenance, carry out regular work and make sure that people receive exclusively high-quality water suitable for consumption.
According to utility officials, there are currently about 250 water dispensing stations in the city, you can find them on the interactive map.
We will remind you that the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, commissioned the construction of a new water pipeline to provide Mykolaiv with drinking water «on the fast track» — drinking water should be available by the summer of 2025. The government has already approved the corresponding program.
